i have no clue as to how this would be coded..... perhaps maybe if a certain amount of users were logged in or a certain amount of guests were viewing the forums?

or maybe once the site reaches a certain of posts for that day this would come into effect?

idk, but this is a very good idea... it would help out some of the bigger boards tons
