I'll take this, already have made it for vB3 (at a beta 6 time) but I'm trying to improve it, make it more efficient so that there is no need for additional queries every single page load.

That uses 2 queries / page. I've had that done since beta 4 and it's nothing big, it's getting the Total amount of users online to show up using 0 queries that's a challenge.

So that's what I'll be doing.

I'm a man of little queries.
I've been developing some hacks dedicated solely to making hacking your vB more easy, more efficient, and more flexible. I'm a strong favoritist to:
- as little file edits as possible;
- minimum amount of queries;
- minimum amount of query execution time (ie. don't do 1 query instead of 2 when it takes 3 times as long as the 2 queries);
- one consistent form of vBulletin-hacking that works for all hacks and prevents the chaos that we have with vB2 hacks (the 1001 different install methods etc.).
