version 2.5 is just about ready for a release, im just working on adding the ACP pages and finilazing the templates

thx for this great integration

but i have a small question

is it possible to use custom header and footer templates for the chat window?
i tried to replace the $header variable to $custom_header but without success
does anybody know, what i can do now?

Does this hack restrict chat to registered members only? My concern is: I don't want people to be able to choose nicknames... steal other peoples identities in the chat room. Looks pretty cool otherwise.

I am new to vB and curious what needs to be done to install this. There is no install information in the zip. Evidently there is a lot more to do than edit index(vb3) and rename it to index.php.

Diver it will be in my next version by default however if you wish ill give you the code to do it.

Nighteyes, ATM no it doesnt however when 2.5 is finished there will be a unregistered switch in the ACP to allow/disallow registered members.

Xenos all that needs to be done, if you read the install.html, is copy the template into your chat template that you will make and your done, besides fpting your files in place
