Don't know if it's a hack... but it would be great if someone wrote some sarcasm, and they could put it into a tag like , and it would appear as a quote box or something, just so you knew when people made fun of something, cause it's sometimes pretty hard to see if it's sarcasm!

Use {option} ? - no

you can use any kind of treatment in the actual replacement though, but i find that red and bold are adequate. also have one with italics in there...
