Zeroforum import
I have a zeroforum database that I wish to import into my current vb database. There are about 16,000 posts in the zeroforum database.
I don't care about usernames etc. I'm mainly doing this for archive purposes. My board http://forums.modulardepot.com has absorbed the users from http://www.mtcforum.com and we would like to move the posts over. I think I can do it myself but I was wondering if someone has already started on this. Ken |

It's a hosted board
http://www.zeroforum.com/ but they gave me an sql dump and I have it online. Shouldn't be too tough, at least for what I need. I don't want to import users, just threads and posts. I just don't have the time but I need it to get done ASAP. |

I got this done but it was truly a hack job.
I didn't need to import any user data, just posts so what I wrote was very specific to my board. I wrote it very quickly and it's probably the worst code ever written but it worked. Ken |
