Sorry if this has been asked before but I couldnt find anything out about it. I was wondering what is used to achive this forum look as shown in the screenshot?

combination of 2 hacks but i dont know names of them my mind has gone blans...arrange forums in coloumns on forum home and icons per catagorie sumthin like that:0

actually its on hack with an addon to it
