What are some special things you do to help activity?

Unfortunately at my forums, activity has been dropping off. So I got to thinking about creative ways I could get activity back up. So what are some special games, contests, etc, that you've used or currently use to get people on your forums and post? (Note: I already have the Arcade and Shop hack installed)
