Pretty sure there was a hack that makes you able to restrict posting in certain forums. We have an advertising forum and I want to make it so that members need so many posts before they post there and to also restrict them to posting once a week.....

well this hack allows you too specify how many posts a user has to have before they can create a thread, If you check his signature he also has one for replys aswell, i know its not what you asked for, but its close
