SQL Error in Admin CP when I Edit a user

When I edit a user and go to save it gives me a 1064 error. I'm lost and clueless, I read the thread but its all latin to me can someone please help me out....alot!

Database error in vBulletin Control Panel 2.3.3:

Have you installed a hack recently that edits user.php? If so, You have have installed it incorrectly. Upload an unhacked user.php and see if that fixes the problem.

like i said before the only thing that i could think of is a bad hack >.>

You try this, open user.php and find:

PHP Code:

$emailnotification 

and replace with

PHP Code:

'$emailnotification' 

If there are already single quotes around there, leave it and upload an unhacked user.php
