Check there to see if the e-mail is correct, and the same one you are using here (Remember it's case-sensitive)

Also, try entering the e-mail in all 3 fields - that sometimes helps.

you can also drop a support ticket to vbulletin.com also do wait abit before posting, ususaly after a bit ti does sort it self out
