I know you probably think this is easy because you guys are good at this stuff. I am fairly new to it, I am on a scale of 1-10 on HTML, I am about a 6 or 7. I know may way around. Anyway, I want to get my banners to overlay the top header graphic. Like this example: www.rx8club.com If you know how to do this and would like to share, I would appreciate it greatly. Please help me ASAP! Thanks in advance!

well that works too. only if i can update, and remove banners if i have to. how much does this service typically run? I have the software (phpadsnew).
