I am trying to import my vBulletin.sql file to a new server. I don't want to lose and of the posts/members I have. I don't know how to use Telnet/SSH and it isn't enabled on my acccount. I have tried reading up on the stuff here and to no luck. Can anybody help me via AIM? If so, let me know here with your screenname. Thanks!

you would need to contact your host and have them enable it, or give them the sql file if they cannot turn on SSH for you
I have root access to my server and I check my settings and I have SSH enabled, but when I try to connect, it says, 'No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.'

if you have root access to the box ftp the db and do it via console
I am not fully sure how to do this since I've never used Telnet/SSH before. Also, I have the root access to WHM and it seems that the FTP root pwd is different. How can I change it via WHM?
