What is the best hack out there to get google spiders to crawl my forums constantly like they do at vb.org?

I have vbulletin 2.3.0 - thanks.

well one would be lots of content, the reason the spiders are here so much is there is so much to look at.

vb3 doesnt count as a hack but i know it helps as well... otherwise i dunno,
