Is there a way to remove lets say IP viewing, real email address viewing and in VB3 ability to send ppl to Coventry permissions to mods and supermods?

You're best asking these questions over at vBulletin.com as vb3 hacking is not allowed here yet so they'll give you a more suitable answer
