"out of office" reply to PMs

I've done a search and can't seem to find anything.

Has there been a hack created for an "out of office" type reply to PMs?

I'm going to be going on vacation and would really like a feature like this.

I don't know what exactly you mean but if you mean a hack which auto-replies your received PM's when you are away, check Bira's AWAY hack.
