Hello,
Just purchased vBulletin a bit ago! I've been using Invision board for a while, but I helped admin a vbulletin site once, then later found out my friend was totally legal with it (course now the site is gone and we aren't talking anymore). I totally love the ease of use on the admin side of vbulletin, versus invision. I hope to have many questions to keep you all busy in the near future!

Welcome to vbulletin.org, trekwarfare!
vb3 is even better. (As long as you're not hacking it, that is )

lol.
![]() I'm saying that vB3 is great, as long as you're not the people writing the hacks for it. You can't deny that in certain areas, it is more difficult. (Even though I've mastered everything now. )

Stop trying to make yourself sound clever, punk.
![]() I guess the biggest problem/annoyance is having to relearn the variable names, templates, etc. It's difficult to break the habit of vb2 style naming. |

They changed enough. The other day in #vborg, three of us didn't know what the hell we were doing with the new style system.

but in my eyes it's even better. a lot of old hacks can be made much easier now. also you should try to make hacks like addons. in vb3 i feel it's much more easy to do so, and it's much easier to upgrade then
