My CPU usage is at 100% when I have only three windows (I.E.) opened.
I have a firewall and an active spyware remover program on the background.

Using WinXP Pro with the latest service pack and updates.
What could be using all the CPU resource?

hit ctrl+alt+del and goto proccess and look

Side note: it's considered good practice to only post questions at one forum. I've noticed that lately you've been posting the exact same questions at the vB duo as well as my forums. You might want to just post in one forum to keep everything focused.
