Probably the webserver crashed or was misconfigured and PHP wasn't being parsed as it should.... The only fix for this is to reconfigure the webserver...

nay its there all time m8

board works fine just out of every 10 posts i go to view 7 times this pops up at top of board and im not only one to see it either.
