Sub-Group Hack
This doesn't seem like a hard concept, what it is is a hack that allows you to make sub-groups to a user group. Like lets say for the user group Administrator we have 3 sub groups:
Website Admin Forum Admin Head Admin And for each subgroup you can have different permissions. This saves the hassel of making so many different user groups that is so similar to others. Another example would be for the group Clan Member. For this you could list different sub-groups for the clan their in. QW Member ICe Member MoD Member etc.. Give me some feed back, and this might have been done already but I haven't seen it. |

I don't know why nobody has posted on this, I think it's a good idea o_O

Since you will be changing the whole permission structure, it is not easy to do and considering the fact that what you'll achieve at the end is already can be done by creating different usergroups, it is IMHO not practical either..

Yes but when a person has to change the permissions of EVERY SINGLE FORUM and they have 100+ forums, it is very undesireable to create a new usergroup.
