Default Looking for a good banner solution...
Alright I am wondering from some of you guys out there who have big successful forums with lots of paying sponsors what kind of banner management you are using. I am wondering if you think it is imperative to have an admin panel where you can view things such as statistics and what not so you can provide your sponsors with them or if it is just better to have a simple PHP script that rotates random images? Does anyone know of any FREE software that would be ideal for this? Eventually I plan on having alot of sponsors and becoming big so this is something I would like to know. Also keep in mind that I would like to display banners on my non VB pages as well like my main page as well as my forum pages. Is phpAdsNew any good? I was having a hard time figuring out how to select what images to display and what not. Any help is appreciated.

search for banner in the search box, there are quite a few.

I use phpadsnew. It has a high learning curve but after playing with it for a few hours everything made sense. Its fairly similar to many of the ad networks like burstmedia, fastclick, etc.

Phpadsnew gives you many great features. It has geotargeting so you can show certain ads to certain countrys. You can set a CPM or CPC for an ad and many other cool variables. You can give advertisers logins so they can track the stats (same for web publishers). You can also use it to advertise with multiple ad networks. They have more features listed on their webpage so go read them .

It's undoubtedly the most powerful banner solution. Just by taking a look through their manual you'll see how great the feature list is.

I must admit it's hard to work out how to use the first time but after a while it's a great tool
