i'm new to Vbulletin and to PHP.
But i want to customize my forum, where should i start????

i understand and am able to work with the style manager, but i want my own touch (logo's and look) in my forum.

but HOW???

the style editor is a perfect way to start, change the colors and get yourself familiarized with it.

Then hack the board with all the hacks you want

as theres no offically released hacks for vb3

what pie said, start with the style manager and knowing abit of html would be good
