Members Can only see their Thread in Forum

Hello,

I have an RPG forum, where there are like lawyers that can have private conversations with their clients. It'll be like a subforum, where the member can see only their posts, and the staff can see all the members post. If anyone can do this i'd be greatful.

if members can only see their posts then how can they have private conversations + feedback to their orginal post as no one else will be able to read it.

I mean, only staff can see all the threads, members can't see eachothers, cause it's supposed to be 'classified' information.
