PHP Code:

<form action="login.php" method="post" onsubmit="md5hash(vb_login_password,vb_login_md5password)">
<input type="hidden" name="s" value="$session[sessionhash]" />
<input type="hidden" name="do" value="login" />
<input type="hidden" name="forceredirect" value="1" />
<table align="left" bordercolor="#FFFFFF" cellpadding="$stylevar[outerborderwidth]" cellspacing="0" border="0" class="tborder" width="50%" align="center"><tr><td>
<table align="left" cellpadding="$stylevar[cellpadding]" cellspacing="$stylevar[cellspacing]" border="0" width="100%">
<tr valign="left">
    <td align="left" class="alt2" bordercolor="#FFFFFF"><a href="$vboptions[forumhome].php?$session[sessionurl]"><img src="$stylevar[imagesfolder]/forumnav.jpg" alt="forumnav.jpg" title="$vboptions[bbtitle]: Powered by vBulletin version $vboptions[templateversion]" border="0" /></a></td>
    <td class="alt1" width="100%"><span class="navbar">
        <if condition="$navbits">
            <a href="$vboptions[forumhome].php?$session[sessionurl]">$vboptions[bbtitle]</a> $navbits

you can always try lookin at the default template

Code:

<br />

<form action="login.php" method="post" onsubmit="md5hash(vb_login_password,vb_login_md5password)">
<input type="hidden" name="s" value="$session[sessionhash]" />
<input type="hidden" name="do" value="login" />
<input type="hidden" name="forceredirect" value="1" />
<table align="left" bordercolor="#FFFFFF" cellpadding="$stylevar[outerborderwidth]" cellspacing="0" border="0"  width="50%" align="center"><tr><td>
<table align="left" cellpadding="$stylevar[cellpadding]" cellspacing="$stylevar[cellspacing]" border="0" width="100%">
<tr valign="left">
    <td align="left" class="alt1" bordercolor="#FFFFFF"><a href="$vboptions[forumhome].php?$session[sessionurl]"><img src="$stylevar[imagesfolder]/forumnav.jpg" alt="forumnav.jpg" title="$vboptions[bbtitle]: Powered by vBulletin version $vboptions[templateversion]" border="0" /></a></td>
    <td class="alt1" width="100%"><span class="navbar">
        <if condition="$navbits">
            <a href="$vboptions[forumhome].php?$session[sessionurl]">$vboptions[bbtitle]</a> $navbits
        <else />
            $vboptions[bbtitle]
        </if>
    </span></td>
</table>
</tr>
</td>
</table
</form>
<br><br><br>

if you took your time and knew a few things about vb you would have taken a look at your page source. your boreder was getting over written by a class, and so was your color that should work

also fix your forum title in Admincp > vboptions
