Is that a skin you bought? Not much commenting can be done on a skin that was bought. All I can say is it has a 'dull' feeling to it as the whole thing is dark and just having bright text isn't good on the eyes.

Yea.. I bought that skin... I would make a custom won but I don't wanna mess it up complete since I am not to simliar with vbuletin coding... I was basically asking for an overall look including hacks and etc.. How they look.

Not much to say since the skin wasnt designed by you, other than it is very dark, you may want to change your background color, brighten it up a little bit.
