Custom redirect text for changing avatar

[HIGH]Custom redirect text for changing avatar[/HIGH]

Author: assassingod

[high]Can someone think of a better name? :ermm: [/high]

Description: If you are like me, and hate seeing that "Thanks for updating your profile' message, when you clicked on the 'Change avatar' button, then this is for you. It simply changes that message, to another one (Btw, this does not interfere with the way it also updates the options)
