Mods and Admins should refrain from posting in Service Request forum where not needed
The access for other users was restricted not to interfere with the service itself. I think the admins and mods should refrain from posting what is not needed.

We agree that generally we shouldn't, but for important information such as clarifications, we have an obligation to help for everybody's benefit.

I agree with Keptic - staff should NOT post in the Service Request forums. If Staff want to tell the user there is a free hack out there, just PM the user, like everyone else. If the person wants to pay a professional for a custom hack, let them request it. If the staff wants to tell them, PM the person, or email him or her.

I agree like I said in the first post that mods and admins CAN post to tell them to post more details or clear stuff up, but like other stuff.
