Recent posts on board index with vBulletin 3 beta
Help me! I just upgraded from phpBB to vBulletin 3 beta. Now that everything's said and done, I really love it. However, I didn't realize I wouldn't be able to find a hack to display the latest 5 posts (for example) on either my board index or an external php page. Just somewhere that my members can use as a homepage and see the latest 5 or 10 posts.
Anyone?? Please?? |

vb3 hacks aren't allowed until it's out of beta. But you may not need a hack, it includes an external Javascript module that can do that.

Ooh it does?! How stupid of me not to notice. I'm going to go dig that one up and see if it does what I am hoping it will!

I suppose I'm a bit stupid because I can't seem to find how to do this. How/where is this script?? Is it in the clientscript folder? Detailed instructions please? I'm lost and I really need this feature on account of my members are yelling at me that I "took the feature away" when I upgraded to vBulletin
