pm.php for vb 3

I understand there are no hacks released for vb3, but I also understand that there is a pm.php available for that version so if someone could please send it to me offline, I would be grateful.

I hope it is not out of line to post this here, if so please remove it.

vB3 hacks are not allowed to be discussed or released here until at least the RC states.
