premium member sign up sysem (not wot u think)

i know there are already premium systems out there i but im looking for one with a difference !

basically once users have registered on forums they can then open anew register page ie:

register.php?action=premiumsignup

that is then a page which they can choose a mail username and they write there address upon submit the info is added to the admin cp within the profile !

this forum is modorated by 2 very respectull hackers yet no ones has any comments on this
