Static URL
How do you (and is it difficult to) make only my domain appear regardless of where the person is visiting on my website? For example, domain.com will appear in the address bar even though they are in domain.com/forums

this is done by frames.
those sites have a one line frame above the main site... |

Any down side to doing this?

hmm, i myself don't like it, as you can't see the actual url where you are currently.
for example when reporting a bug or something like.... but that's the whole downside i know |

Ok, thanks. Welp, if anyone knows a site where this script or instructions can be found... please let me know. I ran a search, but the word "frames" brings up WAY to much other junk.

a few other downsides: users can not bookmark individual pages, search engines usually do not index framed pages, certain browsers do not support framed pages (very old ones) etc.
