Display Posts on a HTML page

Hi,

I'm sure this is fairly easy to do but I can't find any hacks which simply do the following.

I want to display all of the posts in a thread (except for the first post) on an SHTML page. I will supply the link to the thread so that should make it easier. For example if I want to display a certain thread I will enter the thread URL into the HTML code.

Can anyone please help, I've been trying to get this to work for ages now with no luck.
