Time delay threads appearing?

I would like to know if it's possible to time delay the appearance of a thread (from an admin account), like you can with the Announcement feature.

What I need to do is set up a lot of threads to appear one by one at the beginning of every second week for the next few years!.....

Any thoughts?

Is it honestly too hard for you, doesn't the theory already exist in the announcement feature code?
