I think i'll first make a copy of my offline forum, then upgrade it to vb3, and then start analyzing the code.

Look through all the files then see how it works. Mess around with the admin CP. And release the first vB3 hack

For the first 30 minutes I'll probably stare absent-mindedly at the Admin CP, then I'll look through it and start getting familiar with the code, then I'll convert my hacks and make new ones.

Template engine. Not overwhelmingly impressed with anything else except that it's written a hell of a lot better, at least astetically.
