Anyways, I think that the style has been used many times, would be best if you created your own (just my own opinion, others might be different).

-You need a concept. There are so many off-topic forums and boards. You'll have way too much competition. You need some more original then an off-topic forum.
-Way too many forums, no complaining with that.
-Need more spacing between the Statiscs/Welcome Panel at the top of forumhome.
