Did anyone release a Graph Maker of some sort yet? I have looked, but can t find.

I am thinking about the following:

You need to see a graph of "something". You enter the name of the graph and the name of x & y in the admin panel. You enter the values week by week in postbit (popup) or via a template (a Mod can do that) Finally, you should be able to put the generated (updated) graph whereever you want it displayed ($graphmaker).
