I was appointed mod/admin of xoxideforums.com but am I to understand that I can't get hacks from this site until I can track down the person who has the info I need to enable my forum account here for downloads?

I was hoping to start my work today. I've no idea how long this is going to take now.

Yes. To be able to download hacks and/or receive support here at vBulletin.org, you must have the license owner click here (vB-germany users click here) and enter your email address, to show us that you are licensed.

He/she will need to use your customer number and password to access that page. Please note that your email is case sensitive.
