Hey - sorry...but I got another database error in the PRivate Messages and User CP, any help?

Here's what I got:

Thanks - it worked...but do you have any idea why I am getting these errors? This is the second one in a few days...

i've heard, upgrading to mysql 4 can produce such errors..
maybe your host tries to upgrade
