Is it possible to ban certain IPs from lurking?

I would really like to just ban AOL users from lurking on my site...the damned AOL proxy is a thorn in my side.

Anyone have any ideas?

Let me explain what I mean here.

On top of the existing IP Banning function, I would like to add a new routine that check another list of flagged IPs, and gives them the option of logging in immediately...

Make better sense now?
