Clickable Image in Avatar Area

We currently have the fantastic Awards Hack by Lesane installed and use that to indicate our Members of the Month etc.

But it has come to our attention that having some small image in the avatar/title area, that would indicate who is staff would realy help the new peeps.

What I would like is to create a staff image and place it in that area, but the trick is...I want to link the image to the forum leaders page and have it be clickable. Even a modification to the awards hack would be great.

I'd suggest the icon hack.... search for icons in the hack database

or the contributor hack can do the same thing
