It looks pretty good, although it is a paid skin.

I have seen lots of sites like yours with high query usage, so make sure your query count is reasonable. Also, you have too many forums for your number of members. As your member base grows, add more forums.

Nice job, even though its a pre-made skin. The only problem I see is on forumhome, the links;

the last link is wrapping.

-vBPortal is a query hog, I suggest using vBHome or vBIndex.
-Can't comment much because it's a pre-made skin
-Agreed with thuffner, place the copyright text above the footer image. Will look better.

Loooks good, although the link colors are too dark to see on the left menu.
