cut off date
Hi all.
Is there a hack or modification available for vBulletin Version 2.3.0 to have a cut off date for posts. For example if a user starts a post say on 1st May 2003 i want to have it so after say 30 or 60 days i would like vbulletin to delete the thread completely automatically.then that way i dont have to sit there and delete the months old threads myself which wasts users time in replying to dead threads and also saves me space. Hope someone can help p.s I am posting this for a friend. Thanks Laskos can you please email me at censored with any answer please also Thanks Laskos |

laskos,
You are currently showing up as unlicensed. To be able to download hacks and/or receive support here at vBulletin.org, we ask you to please tell the license holder to click here (vB-germany users click here) and enter your email address, to show us that you are licensed. You will need to use your customer number and password (which will be in the email you got when you paid for your license) to access that page. Please note that your email is case sensitive. Thank you. |

No they have vBulletin Version 2.3.0 already but the problem is they are getiing old posts that are months old and just want any ideas on how to stop people posting after old threads.
Or is there a way where say someone starts a thread in the wanted section at 1st January 2003, can they have it where say after 30 days the thread stays there for people to see but moves the whole thread to another forum say called old wanted , thus not showing and having massive old threads in the wanted section? Or have you any ideas. Thanks Laskos |
