Does anybody know of a good, reliable, easy-to-use news/content management package that is PHP/SQL driven that has the ability to integrate with vBulletin?

I need my replacement CMS to have the ability to look like CNN.com or USAToday.com. It just has to look like the majors!!

I am currently using NewsPHP at http://www.HoosierAirNews.com.

I need news management software that will allow me to edit every part of my site without the need for FTP software (just like VB).
