imagine i have installed the flash bbcode
and someone wants to mess me up using action script whats the worst they could do ?

erm are there many case of sites being taken over by actionscript in flash and if so how good would the user have to be ?

Research XSS. That's the vulnerability that they exploit and it's reasonably easy.

Yeah, I was planning on putting flash in since I had it on my crappy YaBB forums, but I opted against it because of the security exploits. Aside from that, I don't want to inrease the page load time

i just removed flash from mine since no one uses it anyway we wont miss it much LOL :P
anyway am very happy i have removed it damn we are rapidly growing it can take only one cool joe to mess it all up
The word should be let out
cuz am sure that if the sites knew of the vunreblity they definitely would decide against having it

scared me just thinkin of my forum getting taken over after all the time i have put into it
