I am trying to upload text data to a table in mysql using php but can't find anything in neither mysql or php's manuals on how to do this. Anyone know how?

A lot of hacks seem to do this, maybe if you examine one of those you could figure it out. Sorry I can't give you a better answer, I am not very good with SQL
