i've found that one of my ex users (now banned) has set this up based on my board, seems they haven't cracked the passwords of anything but it does have me a bit worried, is there anyway they could've managed to do this? i don't think they've got access to my db or files or they would've done some damage to my site but still i do think it could be serious???

Send him a cease and desist letter. Then if you want to and if he doesn't comply, you can sue him
