write newsletters in advance, send automatically

What I would like to do is to write my newsletters in advance for a couple of weeks or longer and then have them sent automatically at certain times that I can choose myself. I know that there is newsletter software available that can do that, but is there a way to do it for my vbulletin newsletters too?
