Where is $usergroupid given its value? i.e in which file is this value assigned?

I want to know as ive got a little hack coming along nicley using a switch statement to set certain things up for users based on there usergroup id in the postbit

I believe global.php. IF im not mistakin. I very well could be.

ive been looking about in global but i can find the variable there..

Do you mean $bbuserinfo[usergroupid] ?

$usergroupid is always defined temprarily in functions to work with.

the only global usergrouoid is $bbuserinfo['usergroupid'] and that's defined in globa.php or sessions.php i'm not absolutely sure
