I found a site that lets me installs vbuttin on my site..But before i do that.Whats the wrose thing that can happen to me,if somebody founds out that i am using a ill-gel copy of vbulletin?

if you install an illegal copy of vb with full knowledge that it's illegal you can go to prison.

To elaborate, in the United States it is a felony to use vB without a license, and yes, you can go to court, get convicted, and serve a prison term.

but how can i go to prision they dont find out where i live...i know the IP address cant tell that much

IP can tell your ISP and your isp knows your name in most cases and then it's easy to track your address

You are either brave or stupid to come to an official Jelsoft site to ask us whether you can use an illegal copy of the program. We've got your email address, URL to your site, IP address.

I suggest if you do go ahead and use the illegal copy, do come back here and ask for a review. We will gladly give it.

Go and use a free one like phpbb or IB. Or save money. We have licensed users here younger than you.
