show NONE if theres no birthdays on forumhome

instead of there being nothing on forumhome if there isnt birthdays on that day this will show your desired text eg : No birthdays today ! aranoid:

Nice idea - might want to make it a template call instead though incase people want to edit the appearance of the text to make it fit their styles better
