Tables Widths Wacked

Ok....this may, or may not have, beeh asked a thousand times. I am able to force the width of the table on the forums main page. Please see my example: http://mcp.liquidweb.com/~thebicyc/talk/index.php

But then I go to the Forum Display page and it is wacked: example

Same thing with the ShowThread page, though I'm having additional other problems on this page which I'll address later: example

This mostly happens on IE & Safari for the Mac. I checked IE 5 and Netscape 4.7 on the PC and it looks ok, but I am worried it might be wacked on other browsers, as well.

Can anyone help me get these table widths consistent? Thanks.
